Exhibitor Costs/Fees
For the 2025 conference, we are waiving exhibitor fees for academic publishers, presses, booksellers, and graduate programs. We encourage academic vendors to bring stock to sell and a discount code for attendees. Up to 2 tables will be provided for academic exhibitors.
For non-academic vendors, exhibitor space in the form of 1 table is available at a rate of $200. We are unable to prorate space and encourage all vendors to plan to stay for all days of the conference.
Exhibitor Times
Exhibitions typically open noon Wednesday and close noon Saturday. Although all reasonable security measures are taken in the exhibit area, individual booths and materials contained within are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Exhibitor Registration
If you are an exhibitor wishing to register to exhibit at the SWPACA Annual Conference, please fill out the Google Form below. Forms must be received by January 15, 2025, and all payments must be received by February 1, 2025 to guarantee exhibition space.
Following submission of the form, you will be invoiced at the email provided for the cost of the exhibition (if applicable).
