Please be aware that this is a fully in-person conference; pre-recorded and remote presentations cannot be accommodated. For our annual virtual conference, please visit the Summer Salon page!
All conference attendees, whether presenting or not, are expected to register for the conference. Please note, if you plan on presenting, you should register after you find out that your proposed presentation has been accepted. How is my registration fee used?
SWPACA is an independent non-profit organization; we are neither associated with nor supported by any institution or organization. All PCAs in the US (including Nationals) are independent of one another. Our executive team, area chairs, and awards judges are all volunteers and do not receive any compensation for their work. Putting on a conference of this size requires substantial costs related to conference spaces, presentation rooms, technology, and other amenities; your registration fee allows us to meet these costs.
Refund Information:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be granted on the following schedule:

- 100% refund if requested by January 19, 2025
- 50% refund if requested by February 9, 2025
- 0% refund if requested after February 9, 2025

Book your flight to arrive at the Albuquerque International Sunport airport (ABQ). Attendees are advised to plan on taking a Taxi, Uber, or Lyft between the airport and hotel. Estimated cost each way is $20 or less. The ABQ Sunport website also lists a variety of ground transportation options.
